Re:gather(ing) Safely

  • We want to create a clean and safe experience. For example, entrance doors will be propped open, or opened for you, upon arrival.
  • All high-volume areas will be cleaned prior to our gathering.
  • There will be hand sanitizer available for use throughout the building.
  • There will be areas to give near the exit of the gathering space. You can also give online at
  • If there are ever physical materials that need to be distributed, they will be available in the foyer as you enter.

  • If you don’t feel well or have health concerns, please choose to join us online at Hope Fellowship Online –
  • Wash your hands frequently.
  • Maintain social distancing when possible.
  • Wear a face covering or mask during entry and exit of the building, and whenever else you feel comfortable.

We’re excited to offer limited childcare during our gathering! We are modifying our Hope Kids environments to best care for your children.

  • During the service, we will have two classes available for Hope Kids
  • We’ve increased cleaning standards in each Hope Kids space prior to, and during, services.
  • There will be additional hand sanitizers available for use near check-ins at each Hope Kids area.
  • All toys and hard surfaces will be sanitized each service.

When you arrive, you will notice a couple changes to help support a clean and safe environment.

  • There will be a volunteer checking you in.
  • We encourage you to only send one parent into Hope Kids to help limit traffic.

To help keep our environments safe, we also have Hope Kids Online! Please take advantage of this if:

  • Your child has shown any signs of illness in the past 7-10 days
  • You don’t yet feel comfortable with your kids rejoining this environment

All of our Hope Groups are meeting weekly: some virtually and some in-person. If you are not part of a Hope Group and would like to be, please contact us as we would love to connect you to a group. Our groups are the heart of our church and ministry. They are a place where people can discover and interact with the truths of Scripture together, where relationships are nurtured and people are cared for, and where we live out God’s mission in our lives – both individually and collectively.
